Our offer to book the entire hotel exclusively is available from 2 nights in the low season and from 4 nights in the high season. We would be happy to make an individual offer for your event.

Pet-free & allergy-friendly

So that all guests can enjoy carefree days on vacation, the Brandstetterhof is allergy-friendly: the rooms have wooden floors or carpets made of natural wool. We don't have dogs, cats or other pets - the hotel is pet-free.

Our kitchen team will of course take into account food intolerances: However, we ask you to inform us of any intolerances when booking.

Sleep culture with Tempur

Your recovery is important to us. So that you can recover quickly, a healthy and good night's sleep is particularly important. The rooms at Hotel Der Brandstetterhof are equipped with Tempur mattresses. We also have a small selection of pillows available for you at reception. With the help of technology developed by NASA®, the unique TEMPUR® material was created. It adapts to your body as you sleep, provides optimal pressure relief and absorbs movements so you can sleep through the night relaxed.

Cancellation conditions

Life often has surprises in store that we cannot expect. However, we ask for your understanding that we cannot make exceptions in the event of cancellations or interruptions to the trip. Because we also have responsibility towards our employees and their families.

Standard cancellation policy

up to 1 month before arrival – free of charge
1 month to 3 weeks before arrival – 20% cancellation costs
3 weeks to 1 week before arrival – 70% cancellation costs
in the last week before arrival – 90% cancellation costs
on the day of arrival – 100% cancellation costs

Something unexpected can always come up. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance for your safety on holiday and in the event of an unplanned cancellation or an earlier departure.

Hotel cancellation plus
More than just cancellation protection (without deductible) for your vacation in Austria. This insurance package from European Travel Insurance also includes trip interruption, additional costs in the event of late arrival or an involuntary vacation extension and search and rescue costs. Valid for a trip of up to 31 days.
